Project Airconditioning
Project Air Conditioning provide installation, consulting and contracting services including split and ducted reverse cycle, ducted evaporative cooling, gas space heating, ventilation and air purification systems in the Perth metro area.
Project Air Conditioning employs over 30 people and has offices in WA and Queensland. The company has reduced their administration costs by approximately $98,000 per annum by leveraging our My Assistant, My Payroll & My Accounts solutions.
SWATAPEST
SWATAPEST is an independent, family-owned and operated business and is one of only five companies in Perth to be fully PestCert accredited. They proudly uphold the Australian pest management industry’s badge of professional competence, with their accreditation affirming their commitment to excellence in service and utmost integrity. SWATAPEST provide pest control services both domestically and commercially and have many customers throughout the Perth metropolitan area.
The Business Problem
Like many other small businesses, SWATAPEST found themselves in a position where the paperwork required to maintain that business was becoming such a burden that it was often left until the last minute, thus adding to the pressure.
The owner of SWATAPEST enjoys his profession but has never desired to be burdened with the volume of administrative detail currently required for the running of a business. Also like many small businesses throughout Australia, it wasn’t viable to employ the services of someone to manage his paper work and administration.
In short he wanted to be rid of the never ending paperwork which seemed to double every time he walked into his office. He wanted to be free to concentrate on what he was passionate about and where he could confidently use his skills.
After discussing the issues, we immediately implemented the My Accounts solution into SWATAPEST to free the owner from the paperwork and administration of his business.
